I am a stretch therapist with over 18 years of experience in the wellness industry, with a background in fitness, and holistic therapy.
With extensive hands-on experience in physical therapy and specialized stretch techniques, I founded Stretch Therapy Kenya with a clear mission: to help people reclaim their mobility, move without pain, and function at their best.
My approach combines assisted stretching, fascia science, and rehabilitation techniques, blending modern science with a holistic understanding of the body. I focus on identifying the root cause of tightness, restriction, and imbalance, and then addressing it through precise, hands-on work tailored to each individual. This is not just about flexibility. It is about restoring how the body moves, reducing chronic pain, and improving overall performance, both physically and mentally.
Over the years, I have worked with more than 1000 clients, from office professionals dealing with long-term pain and stiffness to athletes looking to improve mobility and performance. If your body feels tight, restricted, or not functioning the way it should, there is always a reason, and more importantly, a way to address it.

Sessions are 60 minutes. Your first session includes a full postural assessment and we'll build a personalised plan from there.
We recommend wearing comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for easy movement and stretching, such as athletic wear. Avoid restrictive or heavy clothing. All mats and equipment needed for your session will be provided.
It depends on your goals. Most clients see meaningful changes within 4–8 sessions. After your consultation we'll suggest a plan that suits you.
We don't bill insurance directly, but can provide detailed receipts for you to submit for possible reimbursement.
Please note that the cancellation and rescheduling window expires 2 hours before your scheduled session time. Sessions cancelled or missed after this period will incur a KES 1,000 cancellation/no-show fee, which will be charged at your next session.
