He founded Stretch Therapy Kenya with a simple idea: a one-on-one, evidence-informed stretching practice that respects how you actually live.

His approach blends manual therapy, fascial release and breath-led coaching. Sessions are unhurried, considered, and tailored to you.

How long is a typical session?

Sessions are 60 minutes. Your first session includes a full postural assessment and we'll build a personalised plan from there.

What should I wear?

Comfortable, loose athletic wear — shorts or leggings and a t-shirt work well. We provide mats and any equipment you need.

Is stretch therapy painful?

You may feel a strong stretch through tight areas, but never pain. We work within your comfort range and adjust throughout the session.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on your goals. Most clients see meaningful changes within 4–8 sessions. After your consultation we'll suggest a plan that suits you.

Do you accept insurance?

We don't bill insurance directly, but can provide detailed receipts for you to submit for possible reimbursement.

How do I book?

Send us a message or call +254 759 955 038 with the package you're interested in and a few preferred times. We'll confirm your slot from there.

Who is stretch therapy for?

Anyone. Athletes, office workers, seniors, people recovering from injury. Sessions are tailored to your body and your goals.

What's your cancellation policy?

24 hours notice, please. Late cancellations may be charged 50% of the session fee. We understand life happens — just let us know.
